Section 4.03 - Responsibility for Maintenance of Building
Sewers:
Every building sewer of any improved prooerty shall be
constructed and maintained in a sanitary, safe and watertight
operating condition at the cost and expense of the owner of such
improved property.
* The septic tanks of subsurface waste disposal systems located within the Management District shall be pumped out within four (4) years of the effective date of this ordinance and every four (4) years thereafter.
